Where can you find us at the Sudbury Airport?
After deplaning and upon your entry in the terminal you will see the luggage carousel. 
Your driver will meet you next to the luggage carousel with your name written will on a small board.

Is there a desk in the terminal for the Airport Shuttle?
We have  no desk for the airport shuttle at the airport.

Where do we find the Airport Shuttle vehicle at the Sudbury Airport?
Upon exiting the terminal (at the luggage carousel end of the terminal) you can find the shuttle vehicle parked just ahead and  to your right, ahead of the 1st taxi.

What type of vehicle am i looking for?
A blue minivan with yellow lettering clearly marked Airport Shuttle

-Why does the Airport Shuttle only operate on the Air Canada Jazz and Porter Airlines flight schedule departures?



How far ahead do i have to reserve the Airport Shuttle when arriving at the Sudbury Airport?
There is no minimum time frame, reserve before you land.
When having a or many connections ,clients who think might miss a connection  can reserve the airport shuttle when they arrive at the Toronto airport.

Where can you find us at the Sudbury Airport? After deplaning and upon entrance in the terminal you will meet your driver next to the luggage carousel. Your name will be on a small board.

What happens if my flight is delayed in arriving at the Sudbury Airport?
Don't worry. We check and monitor the flight arrivals.

Are there two way special rates?
No unfortunately we don't .

Are there senior, students or other discounts?
 Unfortunately we offer no discounts. One rate for all.

 How much luggage can we take on the shuttle?

Are child booster seats and car seats available?
Yes child booster and car seats are available at no charge. You must notify us prior to arriving at the airport if booster or car seat is required as we have no storage facilities at the airport and must bring the seats and boosters.  No car or booster seats-transportation will be refused.

Should my child use a booster seat or seatbelt ?
Booster seats are required for children under the age of eight, weighing 18 kg (40 lbs.) or more but less than 36kg (80lbs), and who stand less than 145cm (4'9")  tall.
A child can start using a seatbelt once any one of the following criteria is met:  

           Child turns eight years old;
           Child weighs 36kg (80 lbs)
           Child is 145 cm (4'9")  tall

-Is there any way of tracking a  flight?
Yes you can. There are different ways.

 If flying Air Canada Jazz 

1) you can call toll free 1 888-422-7533. This is an automated voice interactive system. You will need the flight # such  as AC 7803. (see shuttle schedule page for flight #s)
2) you can also log on to the Air Canada website at www.aircanada.com and go to the flight status menu where you will enter the flight #. example AC 7813
3) you can log on to real time flight tracking sites such as www.flightaware.com  or www.flighttracker.com and enter the airline name and flight #
